Carl is a very funny young man with a typical dry wit that you get from the good English people of England! He is a great team player and and knows he’s way around a roof! Has been a loyal operator with Swipeout for 15+ years. He is caring and super reliable and tells a funny joke. He loves his pool (8 ball – not the swimming kind) and travelling “across the ditch” to catch up with family and friends.

Elissa is a wizz in Marketing and Accounts and steers the ship beautifully. She is passionate about her family, health and fitness. 

Youngest member of the Swipeout Team, Dylan has his hands full outside of work as much as on work day with 2 kids under 2 and once really new. He welcomed Enzo into the world in June 2024. When he is not looking after his boys he like to increase his already vast knowledge of the natural world and potentially add to the reptiles and other cool pets he has at home.
